I love when my I think my day is going to be so busy and hard to get through and then it ends up being the opposite. Thank goodness our Monday rush has slowed. I am able to leave work peacefully and return tomorrow. Oh, the smalls things.

How was your Monday?

WOW! Am so appreciative of my brother-in-law for his willingness and assistance by helping my install a new batter and alternator in my car. I saved quite a bit of money and cannot be more thankful for his help.

Has someone done something extremely helpful for you lately?

What a gorgeous day to spend with family. We spent the day grilling, outside, and simply enjoying a delicious meal and quality time with family. It was a really wonderful day and I am incredibly blessed to have such loving, caring, and giving individuals in my life.

What brought you gratitude on this wonderful Saturday?

I have a coworker who has so graciously given me a concert ticket for this evening for an artist I have LOVED for the longest. I am thrilled and so excited to go this evening and enjoy a night out. Which is something I don’t do enough of. I am SO grateful to her and her kindness! May god continue to bless her.

What gift have you been given recently that has touched your heart?

Wow, I am incredibly appreciative to have the support and assistance of my classmate Maria. I am taking an Financial Decision Making course and its a challenging one. She is an accounting major and is quite familiar with the material and terminology (in which I am not). She has been a dear and oh so patient with me. I am grateful for her.

Who comes to your aid when you need it most?

I was feeling a bit overwhelmed today as I have fallen a bit behind in my school work. Luckily, I am encouraging myself to give myself breaks and not be so hard on myself when I don’t meet a deadline. Today was one of those days in which I wasn’t able to meet a deadline and therefore felt guilty about it. I immediately let it go and encouraged myself to try and submit tomorrow. What growth for me and am grateful for the changes I have tried to make for myself.

How are you taking care of yourself?

And……we’re back! Back at work, back into the swing of things, and back into life as we know it. Am SO grateful for teammates who are so supportive and encouraging. I appreciate all of you!

Who in your life are you grateful for?

Wow, did I ever need a day off…..the last 4 days have been amazing in every way but boy am I tired today…..am so grateful to be able to rest, relax, and have very little responsibilities today!

Am grateful for ongoing sources of motivation. And another track milestone gained.
